ZOOM-IN: XR unites! Collaborative Cultural Offerings with Extended Reality in Cooperation with Kulturförderpunkt Berlin
Extended Reality technologies such as Augmented and Virtual Reality open up a constantly expanding field of experimentation for creatives from the fields of art, culture and technology. Strong interdisciplinary teams are needed to develop large-scale XR projects – so that they can find each other, the new EU project XR_Unites at HTW Berlin organizes two networking events a year and publishes an open call once a year. The concept of the winning team is implemented with the support of XR_Unites.
In cooperation with Kulturförderpunkt Berlin, there was a ZOOM-IN on 19.11.2020, 10-12 am, with information about the project, examples and technical background knowledge. This was followed from 12.30 by an experimental, completely digital collaborative concept phase for Berlin creatives.
